In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonus funds, and may result in forfeiture of Real Money Funds pending investigation. 3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gv999 account login credentials. 4.2 Deposit Terms

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Where a conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a gv999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion; incomplete wagering results in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds upon expiry.

5.3 Eligible Games for Wagering

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

gv999 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, as to: the uninterrupted availability of the Platform; the accuracy of odds or game outcomes; the compatibility of the Platform with any particular device or network; or the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
